show.Rooms_global was dedicated to a global dialogue on feminism and was realized in Tirgu Mures and Villach.

The production show.Rooms_global, which was developed and realized by the association Zauberberg in Romania on the subject of feminism, was invited to Austria in September 2014 and shown in an empty store in Villach at Postgasse 5. In addition, the program was enriched by workshops and contributions from regional guests and stimulated dialogues about feminism in Austria.

The participatory project "Graffiti live" also took place in the exhibition space.
The program ended with the title "auf_räumen und nach_hallen", which included a discussion between the organizers, press experts and cooperation partners.

The project was funded by: BMUKK - Federal Ministry for education, arts, culture of the Republic of Austria; Province of Carinthia, City of Villach.

show.Rooms_global is an intervention in a vacancy on a marginalized topic, which is set by artists and researchers. Following a realization abroad the project is invited to be realized in Austria. A more detailed explanation of the format can be found here.
