The training, offered twice a month, requires a flexible, tailored approach to content and teaching methods. This program covers various dance styles taught by different instructors, with a focus on contemporary dance as well as integrating theater and performance art as core elements. Each session includes an enriching warm-up for all participants, with numerous perception and awareness exercises. Improvisation also plays a crucial role, helping develop individual ideas and artistic expression.
