Katrin Ackerl Konstantin, Artistic Director and Artistic Research

As a director, actress and cultural psychologist she works on interdisciplinary and inclusive, but also experimental and participative formats. Together with Rosalia Kopeinig she initiated and developed show.Rooms, co-founding also the association behind it. She does the art direction and leads the artistic research that is being carried forward by and through out the show.Rooms.

Barbara Ambrusch - Rapp, artistic leadership team, Scenographer, Multimedia Art

She is a freelance multimedia artist, curator and cultural worker, living and working in Velden (AT). She is a member of cultural associations and artist groups. She conducts school projects as well as workshops for companies writes about art, and engages in project organization. She is present in national and international exhibitions. For show.Rooms she develops scenographies and multimedia contributions.

Marie Lenoble, artistic leadership team, Textile Designer

She works at the intersection of art & design, meaning her projects range from being more artistic to more market-oriented. Label: "HIMMEL, ARSCH & ZWIRN". Artistically, she often works with installations or photography of situations, frequently in collaboration with Martha Laschkolnig as the duo “ONE TWO MUCH”. (Photo series: FRÜHJAHRSPUTZ, “Alturnity shooting gallery to the freedom of choice”, “FuckWinter: Ferris wheel with snow globes”, ...) For show.Rooms she recently developed the products for Queeriling!

 

Jasmin Donlic, Scientist, Researcher for postmigration.

He is an associated professor at the Institute for Educational Science and Educational Research at the University of Klagenfurt. In his research, he develops innovative methodological designs with a focus on creative methods. Donlic is co-editor of the peer-reviewed yearbook for Migration and Society. He is responsible for the financial management of show.Rooms. 

 

Kerstin Anderwald, artistic leadership team

She is a self-employed creative trainer, an art therapist in training, leader of art courses, canvas painting, sewing and crocheting. Among other things, she works as a costume assistant at Stadttheater Klagenfurt. At show.Rooms she works as a co-artistic director. She creates feminist role models as puppets and designed the individualization of the art book: 10 years schau.Räume_Wirkstätte und Werkstädte.

 

 

Rosalia Kopeinig, Management and Biographical Work

Themes of migration, interculturality, and feminism are the focus of her work as a psychologist. As a co-founder of show.Rooms she runs the daily business of the association and shapes the biographical and memory work. In this role, she leads the working processes with the guides, whose personal life stories influence the programmatic development of show.rooms.

Bernadette Orasch-Horn, Coaching and Communication

She has international professional experience in the field of human resources development and corporate communications. Her focus is on conflict management, organizational development, development of communication or presentation concepts and organization of large events. Doctorate in philosophy in the field of intervention research. At show.Rooms she has been part of the team and has been active in the conceptual area since 2022.

Andreas Hudelist, Participation Research and Audiovisual Productions

As a cultural scientist his interest lies with contemporary phenomena in film, art and literature. He supports the research work of show.Rooms, does video productions and collects ideas that relate to urban space.

Gertrud Reiterer-Remenyi, Actress and Business Trainer

She is the production manager of the events and will be working with Rosalia Kopeinig on the biography workshops in 2025.

Alfred Rindlisbacher, Organisation and Sustainable Urban Development

His focus is on the participatory exploration and design of "self-organizing" development processes and the creative engagement with “blind spots”, especially in urban spaces. Most recently, he was active at *schau.Räume* in the development of *schau.Stadt.Raum* in 2020 and in “performative Stadtgeschichte(n)” in 2021.

Maria Leeb, Applied Theater and Theater pedagogy

She is a theologian, pedagogue and psychotherapist. She works in the show.Rooms team as a mediator as well as in the leading of the applied theater.

 

 

Amalia Contarini, Applied Theater and Actress

She received her training at the Catania Academy of Art, Rome Cinecittà Campus, Impro Lega Italiana. From 2000 to 2016 she worked as an actress in Italian theaters. Since 2016 she has lived in Austria and continuously participates as a performer at show.Rooms and is a clinic clown of the "Roten NASEN". In addition, she leads the exercises in the applied theater of show.Rooms.

 

 

Isabel Brugger, Communications Advisor 

She is a consultant and supports show.Rooms in press relations and within communication strategies.

Association

show.Rooms is legally constituted as an association, whose aim is to raise awareness about marginalized topics and to set constructive impulses for inclusive social development through interventions in public disused space and abandoned buildings. To meet these objectives, the association brings together artists, research scientists and institutions of civil society to realize interdisciplinary performances. The latter all adhere to the show.Rooms format, which was specifically designed for this purpose. In selected instances, the association and the format enable artistic research activities, whose results flow back into the further development of show.Rooms. 

The elected board members are: Barbara Ambrusch-Rapp, Jasmin Donlic, Andreas Hudelist, Rosalia Kopeinig, Carla Küffner, Bernadette Orasch-Horn.

show.Rooms is a member of: IG Kultur, IG KIKK, IG Freie Theater, IG TTPKK.
show.Rooms is represented in the integration network of the city of Villach, in the women's network of the city of Villach and is part of the networking group of Queer Allies Carinthia.
